Im sorry! But i'm feeling weirdly nauseated

Basically the title says it all but i had no one to turn to exept God and this blog. I'm sort of sick with the flu or just the common cold, My throat slightly hurts (but for some reason last night, my throat felt so terrible but today all of a sudden it was okay. I didn't take any medicine or anything) and everytime i swallow i feel weird... i don't know how to explain but it makes me a little n*. Oh, and a question, has anyone thought about if they might faint after throwing up due to the fear? That scares me....

What's going on? Why do i feel so n*? I don't think i've felt THIS kind of n* before... it's weird...
Oh, and i feel like i'm gonna pass out or something.. I've been on the computer all day maybe it's because of that? I'm not sure but im worried ):

sounds like your brain has worked you into a little panic attack.........find some good distractions to get your mind going in another direction.....

i'm sure having a cold makes your emet brain go into overdrive.....so find something to do........do some sodoku puzzles or something that recquires alot of concentration.........watching a movie doesnt do it for me....i need something to really concentrate on.

if im on the computer for very long it makes me very light headed and n* lay down put a cold rag on ur throat and close your eyes take a dramamine if you have one and u will be ok!!

That weird feeling in your throat could one of two things: (1) anxiety or (2) mucus draining. Both of the above suggestions are good. Distraction and relaxation! Best of luck.

Sounds like a combination of mucus draining and anxiety. That snot will make you nauseous sometimes, but I've never heard of it actually making someone sick. Relax, you don't have a stomach problem. Take a hot bath, sip something warm, watch some movies, get better. Don't dwell on your stomach, since that will make it worse.
