Post Hi, i needed some answers :x

I've been feeling really nauseated. (I only feel alone and nauseated at night for some reason, which means more anxiety and stress at night which often makes it hard for me to sleep) I recently (2 days ago) switched into being a vegetarian and truthfully im loving it because i feel healthier without the meat in my system, but i read somewhere that i can gain weight from being a vegetarian!? I seriously do not want to gain weight. I am 5"3 and weigh around 107lbs i get teased saying im chubby and i really don't like it... I'm trying my best to loose weight and be healthy for two main reasons. First, to have a healthier diet so that i hardly feel any nausea and second, i really want to be 'unchubby'
Anyway, so yes i have been feeling nauseas at night but everytime i come on here and rant about my emet it goes away.. i don't know whats going on and throughout today i've been having strong urges to just stick my finger down my throat so that i can just v* and get out of this hell hole.. has anyone ever wanted this? Has anyone actually suceeded?

It sounds a lot like anxiety to me. It goes away when you have someone to talk to, only happens at night, which is when a lot of emets feel the worst). I don't think that sticking your finger down your throat works for everyone. I mean, it could work, or it could make it worse, and you have to weigh up the risks. There are other therapies available. Even guided meditations can help, which can be found on youtube

Also, I think the gaining of weight might have to do with the change in diet. However, with your height compared to your weight, I don't think you're chubby. It sounds like you're perfectly healthy... Whoever teases you obviously doesn't know what they're talking about...
