So Hi, I'm totally new to this site, so I'm not sure what I'm doing.. But right now, I'm having a pretty bad panic attack
So basically this panic attack was caused by my thoughts.. obviously.. I just all of a sudden felt ill in the stomach and I started having a panic attack/stated thinking that I was going to "be"...yeah.. I know I'm going to be fine, but I just need reassurance from someone, it would really help a lot right now I'm so scared...
