heat and headaches

hi the heat makes me very nervous and its getting to be hot out and towards summer i just went outside for 20 min to walk my dog and now im so tired and have a terrible headache and now im thinking something is wwrong with me and im kinda N* too :'(

You sound like you could be dehydrated, have you been drinking enough water? I get awful headaches in summer when I don't drink enough. Try laying down in a dark room with a cold, wet cloth on your head over your eyes, and on the back of your neck, and a fan on you, and keep drinking water, that seems to help me a lot when it's awfully hot and I'm suffering. I hope you feel better soon.

I agree - it's probably dehydration. I get a lot of headaches during the summer; we're not used to the heat and we need to drink more than we normally would. I hope you're feeling better!
