Hi All, I am new here and just joined a few minutes ago. I am so tired of worrying everytime I eat something. Tonight it was chinese and my tummy feels a bit funny and I am afraid of what is going to happen. Actually nothing is going to happen as I seem to get his all the time. Recently I paid for the Linden Method, honestly not doing much for my anxiety but am wondering if anyone has had any success with it, especially regarding this feeling sick feeling
