    Default what Could it be?

    I'm scared. I've had diahreeh for 2 days, now for the past 10-15 minutes I've been getting real bad nausea waves, everytime I nearly drop of to sleep they come back stronger what is wrong with me? I'm not coming down with something am I ?

    It's unlikely; usually with a stomach virus, the symptoms would be fading after two days, not getting worse. The nausea is probably anxiety. Could you read a book? It will take your mind off of it, and make you sleepy.

    I could do . I just wish I could sleep without feeling nauseous all the time I can't remember the last time I slept properly

    I find that night time is the worst time of day emet wise. It's because your mind finally has a chance to run wild without distraction and even if you aren't directly thinking of something that might make you anxious, you could subconsciously and that would make you feel sick. D* can also be caused by nerves or stress too by the way.
