Default Getting The Most Out Of CBT

I've finally been going to my CBT sessions consistantly and have also had two sessions where I've brought my boyfriend and mother one time each. I just want to know if there are ways I can get the most from my treatment. I'm ready to be DONE with this phobia and just want to maximize the benefits of my sessions as much as possible.

    Thanks for the tips

Make sure you do your homework! If you've been set a target, do it as often as you can, and make sure you think it through logically, every time. That way eventually your logical thinking will start to override the phobic thinking. Also practice relaxation.
