get outside... go for a walk... watch That 70s Show... get in a conversation about something other than my panic... bouncing my leg or clutching something with my hand, though it looks still panicky to others, it helps relieve my panic
I watch old classic animated shows like scooby doo, rugrats, ren and stimpy ect
Take cool showers
Sip on any sweet drink preferably powerade, kool aid, soda,ect
I play games on my phone
Get on here
Listen to soothing music
Read
This too, shall pass

watch friends, I know the episodes inside out and back to front so know there won't be any v* in them
Watch comedy shows and sitcoms, easy watching. Or watching a favorite movie or (for me) a comedy or romantic comedy, an easy watch:P.

pepermint gum and water really help !!
I fidget with my hands, chew minty gum, pop in a ginger candy, do some deep breathing, listen to my favorite bands, or watch a movie![]()
Oh my goodness the list is endless. Eating fresh ginger or making ginger tea, chewing menthol and peppermint gum or eating mints, drinking water, sucking ice, tapping things with my fingers, getting some fresh air or walking around. Talking to my best friend or my Mum usually helps too, because I don't mind them seeing me in that state, and they are the only ones who can tell when I'm anxious.

Watching the best ever program that is Criminal Minds.
Watch a favorite movie

I'm panicking right and some of those things look great ride nOw. I go for a drive, pick my fingernails, deep breathing, watch tv, play a game or listen to soothing music
No passion so effectively robs the mind of all its powers of acting and reasoning as fear.
