So I've bin in bed wiv some weird flu like virus since sunday (it actually started sat night) you know the shakes and sweats and aching bones, I felt gradually worse and worse until on tuesday I just felt nauseous all day so bad, then about 5pm I just suddenly knew I was gonna v* it was just such a different nausea from normal so strong i just ran for the bathroom and it happened, it was over in like 1 minute and at the time I didn't even think about it and as soon as it was over the nausea had just completely gone and ive gradully felt better from then, I cant believe it other than pregnancy thsi is the first time ive bin sick from illness since i was about 14 (im now 34) and you know looking back now the nausea was way way worse than the V* which was so quick, well feel i had to share as at the moment i feel quite proud of myself (i didn't panic or cry or anything)

I am sooo proud of you, I'm not sure why, but I fear others more than myself. I've done it a few times in the past couple of years. So I know it's not because of a fear of doing it myself, unless it's cause someone might see me. *SHRUG* dunno. Good job.

Oh yuck. How are you feeling now? Did the vomiting ease your phobia? I wish sometimes that I could just do it but when the time comes I fight it all the way!

this is a good expiriecne for you and you need to remmeber that if your
not in therapy and its possible for you to do so i would strongly advise
you to do so, especially after this because it lessens your phobia so
much.....i know i need to v again...last time i did it i remmeber saying to
myself that wasnt that bad...but i need some kind of expirience to use in
my therapy but im scared...

Sorry you were sick, but it sounds like you handled it so well, you have every right to be proud of yourself! I love hearing stories like this, it always makes me think... if it ever happens, I will survive...

exactly keep telling yourself that chippedaway...you will survive it might
not be the most fun expirience of your life but you will survive and it will
pass... with the stomach virus your sick for 24 hours and then your pretty
much better its probably the shortest lived occasional sickness

Maxfox, yey! that's fantastic, you dealt really well and i think there's a lot to learn from this experience.
See this as a development, but don't dwell on it, you did good!
