Well my daughter has had a bug and I was so worried about getting it that the night we found out I was just a basket case and had to do deep breathing etc to stay calm. (a sickness bug started my emet). So yesterday I knew my body was a bit upset, loads of wind where I wasn't sure if I needed the toilet and gurgling etc. I assumed last night would have been an awful night because I knew I had the b-u-g but I didn't panic AT ALL I couldn't believe it. I was calm and just wondering why on earth I wasn't panicking! I have panicked over tiny twinges etc so I don't know why I coped so well with this. If anything I had one of the best nights sleep in a while. I feel it's a little achievement in a way
