Is anybody on here serv safe for their jobs or schooling? I was just made a manager and so I'm in the process. I just got the book today and I've been told the test is really hard. One of the managers said he only passed it because the owner sat there and fed him the answers :/ Im not sure what things i should focus on most when studying. right now I'm making flash cards of all the foodborne illnesses. It's kinda crazy because I already have somewhat of an idea due to my phobia and constant research on the subject haha
And only two people have to become sick for a food illness to be considered an outbreak. Only two. I probably won't panic as easily now when I hear that word!
