    Default Stomach grumbling

I wonder if anyone else begins to panic when their stomach merely grumbles and makes noises they arent used to hearing come from it. I think that is happening to me right now. No I dont think, i know it is. About 10 minutes ago my stomach started making noises and I am not liking it. Why would it do that all of a sudden? Could i be getting ready to come down with something awful? I didnt eat much for dinner, mostly i snacked but still thats food in my stomach. So its not grumbling because its hungry. I dont want to start panicking. I hate it when i do that. I start freaking out and then i really do start to feel nauseated. Which i am sure is partly in my head and partly because i am freaking out.

    Default Re: Stomach grumbling

I get this constantly, and there are loads of reasons for stomach grumbling besides an upset stomach - so try not to panic. I'm no doctor but chances are it's just your body digesting what you've eaten, or simply a build up of gas. I make sure I drink lots of water as this seems to keep my rumbling at bay - but bear in mind it can also be caused by anxiety, so do try to keep calm if at all possible

    Good luck!
