    Default I'm freaking out- help?!!

So I woke up in the middle of the night with intense nausea and a stomachache. I almost threw up, but somehow by freaking out, I managed not to. Ive been feeling sick for the past day and earlier I was sweating with a bad headache, and even now I still feel very nauseous.I'm drinkig carbonated water to try and settle my stomach. I'm hoping maybe im hungry so I wanna try eating something small like toast but im afraid to eat because im scared as soon as I eat, I'll throw it all up. I really really hope I'm not coming down with something. Anyone have any advice on how to calm down when you get an emetophobia freakout?

Are you hungry? If you are hungry, you definitely will not throw up.

If you are feeling hunger twangs, then it is not a virus. If you are light headed and all of that could it be close to your period ? sometimes i get random hot flashes and pains for no reason, and when i eat i feel better.

You could try some relaxation therapy. Some people swear by it.
The University of Melbourne have a free download at http://cms.unimelb.edu.au/studentser...es/audio/relax

It is designed for staff and students but I am sure they wont mind

It can help you go to sleep if you can't get back to sleep.
