Worried!

Today I felt fine and then atvlike 1:00 I felt really hot ( I was wearing a hood and baking in the oven) but then my hands were cold. My mouth god try and of course I get super nervous it's gonna happen. Now I'm really tired, Jo temp at all, just want to sleep. My tummy hurt a bit and I had a loose stool ( not watery diarrhea) but I'm worried!

you are probably coming down with the flu,, and because that started happening your anxiety will get higher probably causing you to have a dry mouth ( well thats what happens when i panic), and maybe you just ate something funny that needed to get out but from the other end you wil be fine just get some rest i doubt you will *v , think positive you will be okaay (:
