Need advice ASAP

Hi guys,
I've got this horrible cold and it is making me feel so s*
I have some medicine which helps thin all the flem but i'm panicking so much because I have actually been s* from a cold before, a couple of yeas ago.
Ive tried sleeping all day but i still feel really nauseas.
Any advice???

I'm in the same boat. I've had a cold for over a week so I went to the doctor on Wednesday and they gave me over the counter mucinex and since then I've had bouts of diarrhea and stuff. I'm going to stop taking the meds completely today and see If I feel any better without them. I'd rather cough and blow my nose all day than feel nauseated and worry about throwing up.

Same here, it's really upsetting me.
I've decided not to take the medicine that I've got because it says that one of the side effects is feeling and being s* and that's the last thing I want.
I've eaten a Banana and a Yoghurt and I feel slightly better.
My boyfriend is cooking a Shepherds Pie so maybe I might feel better if I eat something proper because then my tummy will have more stuff in it than just flem/crap!
I hope you feel better soon, I wonder what caused the d*?

Mucinex can cause diarrhea and it could be my nerves cuz my grandfather died through the night or I could have a touch of something because some kid threw up in the A's
Room as me yesterday at a continental breakfast at a hotel so who knows.
