Something is not right

I'm having really bad stomach cramps and d* but hardly anything is coming out and I feel like I constantly need to push. Almost like period cramps but lower down. It's starting to make me anxious because I keep feeling like I need to go but i got it all out

oh, maybe I misunderstood the symptom of "felling like you have to go, but can't." I thought you meant urinate? Last week, I felt extremely constipated with low, low pains, almost like menstral cramps. I had a good BM and still felt like I had to go. I then ran a low grade fever for a couple of hours. I just felt like I had the urge to go. I had a UTI
