I recently made an appointment with my counselor at school (I'm a junior in college) and I'm signed up for therapy groups and individual sessions specialized for coping with anxiety! I'm so excited to start these because I feel it will be a major start in helping myself get rid of my emetophobia. I really urge you all to do it, because the simple fact of even knowing you can get some sort of help makes you feel very hopeful when you're in hard times. Best of luck to all of you xoxoxo
