    Question cold baths

    I have heard that cold baths boost the immune system & help us fight of bugs. I`d take cold baths but I`m too much of a wimp to do it, so I`m wondering if anyone on this site knows of a way to increase immunity that`s just as effective, but less of an ordeal.
