Read a boring book, as long as it's not too long. I've been forced to do both in school, but books are easier to avoid emet triggers.

Go on vacation, definitely. I always find it hard as I worry about travel s* so the stress starts as soon as we leave home!! (Have also had some nasty travel s* incidents from my daughters!)

Traffic jam because there's incredibly less emetophobia worry associated with it. Air travel causes more people to v from motion sickness then cars, and with cars you can pull over to escape where you're stuck on planes.
