I really need help

I can't do this anymore. I feel helpless. I've been worrying for the last week straight about getting sick - usually I'm used to this feeling but it is literally a thousand times worse than I've ever experienced.

I don't feel well. It's probably anxiety, but what if it's not? I can't handle the fear anymore. I need help.
