i really need help, i feel like im going insane

i feel like my body is telling me im nuts, i have been off for days due to being worried about this bug going around at work, i felt so off today, im convinced im sick. it comes it goes, im hungry im not hungry.... idk wtf is going on but i need to know if im sick or not... its been 4 days since i was anywhere near someone that was sick... ugh.

i drank some hot ginger tea with sugar as i had barely eaten all day, made me feel way better...

im alone till my bf comes home... very soon. i really think im okay now, i didnt early, i was convinced... i feel hungry but am still scared to eat. should i just drink some more tea with sugar?
