Default Oh dear, panicky again :(

My 8 year old has just said he feels a bit sick, it started after he had breakfast. He's gone with his dad to walk the dog to see if the fresh air helps. I, of course, am sat at home panicking! It's been almost 48 hours since he was at school so the timing could be right for him to have picked up something there. Just when I was starting to relax and get into the christmas spirit! That'll teach me!!

He was fine, didn't come to anything, must have over eaten! I'm just cross with myself for panicking at every little twinge my kids have, just wish I could be a proper mum. I panick more when my kids are unwell than I do if I feel ill. I think it's a control thing, I know when I'm really ill but when it's them, it's like waiting for a bomb to drop.
