Default This really feels like the start of a sv

I remember how it felt last time. A stretching, nauseous, painful feeling in my upper stomach. No panic and no nausea. This is happening to me now. I tried nibbling on an apple and it didn't help... I'm not even panicking. I just feel very sick and uncomfortable. The panic will probably set in if it gets worse.. And I don't have access to any antiemetics. I don't know what to do... If it were a stomach bug would I start getting sick soon?

You can't go to the store and get emetrol? That stuff works pretty good I have used it for sv* before...

Any ginger or tea? Or peppermint? All those will help you...it could be anxiety...how long has it been since you were exposed?

I highly doubt you are sick...you can be anxious without even subconsciously knowing it! Try to do something to distract yourself, take a hot shower, watch a funny movie, open a window and let cool air in that helps sometimes!

The waves of nausea are starting. I have a fever of 100 degrees... I'm going to puke.

Ok now I'm panicking. I don't want this to happen but my body knows it needs to. I just tried throwing up. That's how sick I feel.

100 degrees isn't really a fever, your body temperature could raise from the anxiety....try to calm down. If you tell yourself your not going to v* you can get through it, I got through plenty of sv* as a kid and teenager without any antiemectics!

Took a few tums and it made the heartburn feeling go away... What is wrong with me... Do tums normally help with sv?

How are you feeling now? It possibly may have been acid reflux, and you were thinking to yourself the whole time "why do i feel like this? I'm not panicking but it wont go away!" which was making you alarmed. Hope you feel better
