    Try to calm yourself down...I have read your last post though I do know you need to call yourself down...take a hot shower/bath read or watcha movie anything to calm you down & distract you!

    try and implement some of the techniques you learned in your "class" or whatever it was that you took.......seemed to work well for you then.....

    distractions are the best medicine for panic.......find a good one

    Are you still taking Prozac? I was put on prozac several years ago and OMG I had the worst panic attacks on those things!! Prozac is the devil (for me lol) and in a lot of people (like me) the side-effects are MUCH worse than what it's supposed to be treating.

    Prozac has always worked, but lately at nights ive been crappy. Im back on them but idk? It gets bad at night. And i freak out. =/

    i still think you need to see a therapist. you cannot go on living like this forever.

    Im not =/ Its terrible. Every night. And i work 3rd shift. I dont know what to do with this anymore.

    I think I would consider talking to your doctor about increasing the dosage of your medication or perhaps weaning yourself off the Prozac and trying a new medication. It could very well be that the Prozac is heightening your night time anxiety. I know I usually feel more anxious at night, but I do much much better when taking sertraline.
