Probiotics??

Anyone here take probiotics?? I originally started taking them because of IBS. VSL #3 works the best for me. I also got this idea in my head that probiotics will protect my stomach from getting a virus. Anyone know if this is true at all??

It won't "stop" a sv* persae but it can refuse the symptoms, and they are a immune booster!

I always get so confused with probiotics! I never know how much to spend and they all seem to do different things and I never know whats best. x

Right now I'm just taking a store brand probiotic but I don't think it's working very well because I haven't seen any change. I want to ask my doctor for a better recommendation but they are expensive!
