Going to bed with a headache and uneasy feeling

At first I felt panic and didn't want to go to bed... My head is aching and I have just an off feeling in my whole body... but I decided to go to sleep and hope for the best. If I do ever get sick it won't be the end of the world. Trying to take a step in the right direction even in the midst of feeling sick.

So try not to listen to me if I come on here freaking out later!

i get headaches alot because of my ibs. i had a migraine last night and went to bed without meds and woke up fine today.
