tomorrow's my first day of class at 9:30, and i'm panicking. i hate the anxiety of sititng in class and making myself feel ill even when i know i'm not, i hate the process of getting to class because my anxiety was so badlast semester that i literally turned around from the parking lot and came home so many times. i cant do that this semester i need to get my act together and rough through it i cant be as behind as i was last semester ughh does anyone else feel this way? any tips? advice?
