Default delicious dessert, but not eating it?

So my mom brought me this WONDERFUL tasting fillipino dessert from a party yesterday. I tried it once before but now im worried to try it again since the recipe says it has jackfruit and saba bananas and i'm afraid i could have an allergic reaction to it (since its usually the 2 time when you get it). I really want to just eat some of it already but my phobia is keeping me from doing so. What do you guys think? Should i just go for it? Its called 'Ginataang Bilo Bilo'

Have you had an allergic response to any of the ingredients before? If not, I say eat it!

I ate a small portion of it and my anxiety got me to believe i was having an allergic reaction (tight throat) and i gave in and took benadryl. D: but after calming myself down because the anxiety was making my throat, tight i ate the rest no issues! small triumph lol
