Thumbs up A helpful app for the ladies..

Perhaps this is old news and I'm the last to know about it, but I thought that I would share since I see so many posts(my own included)related to the symptoms of having a period.
I get terrible symptoms..nausea, headaches, dizziness, diarrhea...you name it. And I've always found it helpful to record these symptoms so that when I'm feeling them...I can go back, look and know that the reason I feel ill has nothing to do with a *sv or *fp (I always default to being afraid of that before all else!!!)
Anyways...it's an app called "Pink Pad" and it's free.....check it out if you haven't already. It's pretty rad!

I just got it! My 12 year old sister told me about it!! It's pretty cool and helps to know what's going on with my body that time of month ... Puts my mind at ease!!
