Acid reflux I hope? I'm scared

Hey guys,

I never panic post but I'm really scared of what this feeling is. I went to take my kids to see Monster Jam, which is loud Mondter Trucks. Very very fun and cool actually. Anyway, started having a slight panic attack (I have panic disorder) so I took a Xanax. Didn't seem to kick in, felt a little bloated a queezy, took a dissolvable zofran, which I only take if I really feel nervous and yucky (plus they have a bitter taste). Anyway, I wake up to this acidic, burning liquid feeling in my throat and my stomach is still bloated. Is this reflux? Can I take something for it? I have never known people to have upper abdominal bloating with reflux. Thanks guys.

Trying sucking on a tums or making yourself burp somehow and if you get relief from that it might be acid reflux
