    Exclamation I am looking for someone/people to contact

    I need someone/people to talk to when I'm going through panic episodes, but obviously I cannot get to this website every single time that one happens, so I was hoping someone would be alright with letting me text them when I'm going through some trouble. It would be way faster than forum-posting, and would help deliver advice and comfort faster. If you could send me your number or Facebook or anything I would be extremely grateful. I know this probably seems suspicious but I am in some serious need of comfort at the moment. Thanks everyone.
