Watched a movie with v*

[Orchid]

The other night I watched a movie where a guy v*. I knew he was going to so I covered my eyes a little but not the whole time. It was really gross and made me feel a little nauseated. But I've been working on staying in the moment with my panic. So I just stayed there and a couple other gross things happened. Instead of shutting the movie off I watched the whole thing. I made my cat sit with me and I held her and pet her and played with her during the whole movie.

Good for you!!!!! Movies are hard for me too. Sometimes, it happens so quickly that I am not "ready" for it and I end up seeing it. I have my little freak out inside my head and then I am fine. You are so brave to sit and watch the whole thing!!! I made myself do that with one of my "have to watch" movies!!
