    Default Having a panic

I don't understand this! I haven't been anywhere or around anyone sick but yet I'm n* (my son was around someone but he is fine) I took a compazine about an hour ago and the n* is still there so I just took 1/2 a Phenergan! I am at work and I HATE being like this away from home. I have been constipated for a few days so I took my Miralax yesterday and again today. I went to the bathroom and it was fine... but now I'm feeling yucky! I ate a poptart for breakfast and I have had homemade food all weekend. Maybe it's the Miralax. Hopefully that is all it is. I have permission to go home if I don't feel well. My fiancee' is at work and I hate to call him and tell him he has to leave his job because I'm sick! I can't be alone when I'm like this. Giving the Phenergan 10 more minutes then I'm out of here! I want to take a xanax too but it will make me groggy with the Phenergan and I need to be level headed enough to drive home if I need to! MAN I HATE THIS STUPID PHOBIA!!!!!!

Thanks! I'm feeling a little bit better. Now my stomach feels full and is burning... This is crazy! I keep telling myslef I'm ok and I'm talking to my friend and my aunt. To keep me occupied. I am finished with all my daily work so I have to keep myself busy! That always helps me mentally. If I'm at home, I watch a funny tv show or movie in my sweat pants and a soft comfortable tshirt or sweat shirt... That is part of my safety thing...
