Help please

Here I go again. I dont know what the heck is wrong with me. I was feeling fine ALL day up until about 30 minutes ago. All of a sudden I started feeling a little bit funny. I kept doing some household chores until i finally had to sit down. Now I am feeling like crap. I am nauseated and my stomach feels weak. I had a bit of a headache earlier but I took some tylenol and thats gone but now my belly hurts. Can a sv hit like that? Am i overreacting? getting anxious? Can my allergies be causing this?

Maybe you were exhausted from the chores. Did you eat anything funny? How are you feeling now?

I think it's the result of anxiety and all the chores you did. It doesn't really sound like a sv*
