Can someone help ease my mind?

My doctor prescribed me some sertaline to help with my anxiety and depression. Im scared to take it though, because Ive heard that it makes some people sick, while it greatly helps others. Im on the lowest dosage(25mg) Can anyone give me some kind words of advice to help me calm down?

Ive been on Setraline for 10 years now (also known as Zoloft) I started it for PPD, but it helped with my anxiety so I continued taking it. Getting used to it wasn't bad. I would have some slight (not bad at all) nausea and felt a little foggy, but within a few days that would be gone.
