Exclamation No n* but need help

So I got back from a vacation about a week ago. Long story short: while I was on vacation (for 8 days) my bowels (which are extremely normal) were messed up big time, lots of constipation, one bad night of n* & one episode of loose stool. Since I've been back I am still not regulated. My IBS is a mess & my acid reflux has been no fun.Tonight, as I sit here, my stomach is gurgling/growling like crazy! I didnt eat much for dinner (about 5 hours ago) & haven't eaten much all day due to the burning acidy feeling right under my sternum, plus I am getting my period in a few days so I am bloated & crampy and gassy. So I don't feel n* but I did feel hungry so I ate a peanut butter sandwich & drank some water but I'm still gurgling! Its so frustrating! I dont know how to stop it!I did try Pepto for the acid but nothing, its that hollow empty feeling but its right under my sternum like at the base of my esophogus (sp) ... I take Prilosec daily & these espisodes are rare.Any suggestions?

Lay off all the meds and just eat like you usually do. No more greasy foods. Instead, eat good homestyle cooking.

Hope you feel better! I usually try eating something with bread or starch - it helps with acid.
