So, I felt fine all yesterday. I was even hungry when I went to sleep but when I woke up I wasn't at all, which can be normal for me--the whole so hungry you start to feel weird thing. But I had coffee anyway. By lunch I was starving to the point I thought I was gonna pass out. Everything sounded good to me. After I ate, I felt full for longer than I thought. I wasn't hungry at dinner but I ate anyway, and I even went back for seconds when my appetite built up. After that I felt a little n* which doesn't surprise me. I knew I would with how much I ate. But it's been over 4 hours and I'm still feeling n*! I hate days when I think everything is fine but then at night I feel s*! I haven't had d* but I am a little constipated. I haven't even been out this weekend. I've been cleaning! Where could I have gotten something from. Could someone else have brought it in the house?? Ugh...a little too scared to sleep right now.
