In need of encouragement!

My sister and I are going to te beach today and I woke up feeling anxious about it. I can't stop thinking about a coworker of mine that was sick at work. I remember washing my hands after work but I feel that I might have caught what she had. To top it all off the last time I was at the beach I v*. I'm already in the car on the way there but now I'm wishing I just stayed home...

Hey, just saw your post! It's so scary to do something for the first time that you so closely associate v* with. But look at it this way: it's a big step you've taken in fighting emet by going to the beach with your sis. If you made this trip and everything worked out well, it will help break the negative association you have.
By the way, I always heard it was illegal to live in California and NOT go to the beach
