Amoxcillin, 500mg, 2 capsules twice a day…

…Is what I've been prescribed for a sinus infection.

Has anyone here taken this antibiotic at this dose? I know to take it with meals to "minimize" side effects of n*, but I'm worried that I'll still get it.

Any advice?

Oh please, if you're emetophobic enough to worry about taking amoxicillin, your nausea control is strong enough to handle it.

Amoxicillin is the only antibiotic that doesn't nauseate me. Take it with food and you should be fine.

Ok, I'm gonna take the antibiotics starting tomorrow.

Im going to eat a big meal before each dose, along with probiotics, yoghurt, and keeping sea-bands, ginger gum, and anti-nausea liquid nearby.

Overkill? Probably, but peace of mind is worth it!
