    Default Ginger tea

I am a big tea drinker, and I have been buying yogi tea a lot to help with digestion and anxiety and such (has anyone here heard of yogi tea?) I bought some yogi tea just now called "ginger" and it says helps with digestion and healthy balance. Since its ginger does this mean I can safely drink it when I'm nauseous or panicking?

Funny you should ask. I just sat down to a cup of Yogi Ginger. Anytime I panick or feel N, I chew anti-nausea gum and drink the tea.

I swear it helps, but you know with us Emets, its all in our head.

Drink it quite often - love it, and ginger in anything (food, chocolate, cake) - great! Healthy too.

Try a little ginger and lemon sometime if you're up for it. Not only is it a delicious combo for tea but it has digestive health properties, i.e probiotic.
