Just woke up with a jump & massive urge to v*. Im terrified. Got cold flannel on back of neck but dont think I can swallow anti-emetic. God Im so close to being sick

I managed not to v* thank God but it was close!! Had drs appt & he thinks Ive got a virus - think he's just guessing cos theres no way of telling. He also gave me trimethoprim antibiotics just in case I had a urine infection. Sent a sample to be tested but won't get result til next wk. Also got to have blood tests specifically for my thyroid levels, glucose & a blood count on 30 october. Im praying that whatever it is Ive got will get better with antibiotics cos Ive got to go back to work monday, Ive already used up a big chunk of my hols just being ill. Im still very n* but lets hope I dont get any worse. Thanks for your responses
