so I ate sushi for lunch today at around 1, and I don't even know why I eat sushi (I mean, I enjoy it), but every time I eat it, no matter what, I always think that it's gonna give me food poisoning. I had spicy tuna and philadelphia (cream cheese and lox)..and the lox tasted kinda weird, but I didn't freak out too much because lox isn't raw. Immediately after I ate it, my stomach started hurting a little bit but I think that was just from anxiety because it went away. then later, I went to yoga and it was a super intense class and at the end of it I started to get REALLY n* and I was trying so hard not to panic. I'm not n* anymore, but my stomach is growling so much, and I just ate yogurt and a banana, so I don't really think it's because it's empty. I just want reassurance that I won't wake up in the middle of the night and v*...I would really love a good night's sleep tonight with no worries. I need a rational mind!
