so i keep randomly getting the chills and i don't feel feverish but i know that the chills are a symptom of a fever and my skin feels hot..i don't have a thermometer, i don't know what to do. i felt sick yesterday but fine today. i don't know what i could possibly have, i just want to go to sleep and not have to worry. i don't know what to do

i think its anxiety! the more u worry about it, the worse u wil feel. if u are generally sick, dose on meds

I get chills and shivers and think my skin is hot often when I'm anxious, and my temperature is never really up so don't worry too much about it. Could be a number of reasons, being tired or being low on blood sugar can do that. Grab a glass of juice and put on a sweater and you'll be fine.
