Default Who else finds laughing helps ease their anxiety?

I always try to put on a comedy show/movie whenever I'm panicky.

Protip: Whose Line is it Anyway is hilarious and you can watch every episode online. Definitely my go to (and never any v*). The site I watch at is here: http://whoselineonline.org/ but since most are youtube videos you can find episodes there as well.

I agree with cynna! tht would be cool... The funniest thing ive heard lately was this one..and PLEASE dont take any offense anyone, its just a joke... "WHY DID SALLY FALL OFF THE SWING?" - "WHY?" - "SHE HAD NO ARMS"
"kNOCK, KNOCK.." - "WHO'S THERE?" - "NOT SALLY."

I find 'the Big Bang theory' is my saviour when feeling anxious, tho for some reason I also find myself watching horrors! My therapist thinks this is self punishment to make myself feel that it's ok to be panicked?!

Lol you're so right! I just watched Never Mind the Buzzcocks, then Would I lie to You and then QI. They always make me laugh. It's one of the reasons I love babysitting. They get the comedy channels so it's my weekly laughter night! :-)

    Miranda works for me!
I've watched the two available series' everyday (yes i know it's sad but i'm not tired of it yet) for 2 weeks, and, coincidence or not, for two weeks I haven't had an full-on emet attack. I've had moments, but I put the show on, or think about it and the attack goes away!
