So the main problem I have at this time of year is 'is this it' now do you m is if the nausea is for real and not down to anxiety? There have been 2 people in my team at work with *sv and I'm terrified of catching it! Major panic attack driving home tonight, the indigestion feeling is the worse you know when it bubbles in your throat? Sends my panic sky high! Urgh HATE this! Now have another headache and dread going to bed for fear of waking up *v

Doesn't help that sooooo many people on Facebook seem to have it!
