Default Little Bit of a panic!

I really scared to be at work this time of year because I had the sv last year. I was chewing gum on an empty stomach and my stomach started to hurt and I was soo hungry and ate. Now I feel bloated a bit but it's getting better. Has anyone else experienced this from chewing gum on an empty stomach!?!?!

Yes... The reason is because chewing triggers saliva glands to secrete more to digest what your eating so starts the whole digestion process off when your not actually eating so causes more eymzimes etc to be released in your tummy to digest food which isn't there which then makes you more hungry. Laymen terms... Chewing gum is tricking your brain into thinking your eating so digestion needs to start when it doesn't. So thats why.. BUT now your bloated try eat him.. I bet it'll unbloat you!!!
