    Default Please help!! Emergency

    Around 9:30 I had a peppermint mocha espresso drink and ever since then I've felt horribly sick. I take an over the counter medicine called Nauzene and it isn't helping at all. I'm so scared I don't want to v* I don't know what to do. I'm trying to stay calm but I can't. I'm doing my deep breathing and chewing mints but nothings helping. I need someone to talk to PLEASE
