Default Research paper re-triggering my phobia?

In school, I had to write a research paper for a final assignment. I could choose any topic i wanted and so i chose my phobia. I chose emetophobia because i have a lot of background knowledge and the possibility of learning more about it. I wrote my paper about a week ago and ever since then i feel like i am more aware of my surroundings. Falling back into old habits and really worrying about becoming ill. Could it be a huge possibility that me writing this paper made my anxiety worse than before? Has anyone else experienced something like this?

Default Re: Research paper re-triggering my phobia?

I think that when I wrote the Emetophobia FAQ (http://emetophobia.byethost15.com) it helped ease my emetophobia, at least sometimes. Doug
