    Default freaking out!!

I an freakin out so bad right now. I'm havng the worst panic attack right now. I am not sure if I should cut the wheat/gluten out now before my test results or not. Bur I am miserable. Also today would be the last day of gestation if I came in contact. So that has me worried too. I'm shaking so bad right now. I'm at work so it is hard for me to do the things that calm me down. Oh man I'm freaking!

    Hope you feel better now.

Take a few deep breaths and find a distraction. Everything will be okay.

It was an allergic reaction to the crackers. I had to go home i was on the verge of passing it and I was shaking so violently from it. I At a bowl of rice and i am not as shaky, I need to get some protein in me next. Well, I am not waiting to start this gluten free diet any longer. Test results take too long, I am ill way to much to wait. Thanks you Cynna

If you are waiting for celiac test results after you already got the blood tests done, you can cut out wheat as a prevention if it'll make you feel better. Also keep in mind that some people will test negative for celiac but still don't do well with wheat/gluten. And Cynna is right, there are lots of tasty gluten free options nowadays.

Yea, i keep hearing you can make anything into GF. Its just going to be an adjustment. I ate some buttered rice with chicken tonight and that seems ok for now. But I am still dizzy and shaky from earlier.

My stomach does hurt a bit though and I am trying not to freak out about that. Usually most of my pain now a days happens on the right side of my stomach. Right now its on the left, and that is usually where it hurts when I get a stomach bug. Sooo once again, i am trying not to freak out. I am just having a real hard time these past few weeks and it just seems to be getting worse. wish me the best. And once again, thank you all for your support!

I know I keep posting. But I am really struggling today. I don't know what to do. Maybe I should call my doctor in the morning?
