i'm so scared of catching it or my family getting it, its all over the news and the symptoms sound terrifying. i daren't eat and i keep thinking about it all the time. i know they say if you wash your hands then you'll be fine, but if i'm out somewhere and accidently touch my face or something then i could catch it. please help i'm really worried

You're not alone I've been the same way. I think I've been thinking about it and being afraid of it that it is making me feel ill. I hope you can get some relief. I was ok for a couple of days. Then today about mid day after a nap I felt off. Now I'm scared again.
